I eat food but not too much lately. My morning breakfast down into half cup. And if before I eat 2 bananas now I eat 1 banana.
It's not that some people have willpower and some don't. It's that some people are ready to change and others are not.
My favorite dietary food lately, oatmeal for dinner and I started to love wheat bread.
